Bad Managers

In any work place you go to you are guaranteed to find at least one of these bad managers. The incompetent, spineless, perfectionists, and the clueless. The incompetent manager is the one that promotes you when your doing a good job. But demotes you or even fires you soon as when he/she feels like your doing a bad. Some managers are like that because they suffer from a psychological defect. Signs of this sickness are denial, playing it by the numbers, and delaying tactics. In many cases manager that are in denial insist that they don’t have problems. Spineless managers are the type of managers that just doesn’t set any limits. They do things like avoid issues, and deny problems. They do not voice there opinions, and feel very insecure about there self. Perfectionist managers always ask detail question that you really can’t answer. They make unreasonable demands, when you don’t complete there task. And even scream at people while they bang theirs fists on there desk. Lastly you have the clueless manager that basically is unpredictable and doesn’t know anything that’s going on. In many cases your likely to get one these managers in a place you work, you just have to find away to deal with it in a constructive way.
